Who we are
TD RESINBOYS LLC ("TD Resin Boys", "we", "us") installs resin and concrete floor systems across Metro Atlanta. You can reach us at tdresinboys@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you send an estimate request through a form on this site, we collect the information you type into it: your name, mobile number, email address, the type of space you want coated, and optionally your city or ZIP code and any notes you add. We also record which page and which form the request came from, so we know how you found us.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through this website.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, prepare and send you a quote, schedule work, and follow up about that request. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it to anyone.
Who we share it with
Your details are handled by TD Resin Boys and by the service providers we use to run the business, which may include our customer relationship management system, our email provider, and our text messaging provider. Those providers process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Text messages
If you tick the SMS consent box, we may text you about your estimate. That consent is optional and is never a condition of getting a quote or buying anything from us. See our SMS Terms for the detail, including how to stop messages.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use analytics and advertising cookies to understand how visitors find and use the page, and to measure the performance of our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and then we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email tdresinboys@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
