What you are agreeing to

If you tick the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree that TD RESINBOYS LLC may send you text messages about the estimate you requested. That includes confirming your request, arranging a time to come and look at the space, following up on your quote, and updating you about scheduled work.

Consent is optional

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request and receive a free estimate from us without agreeing to text messages. Leave the box unticked and we will contact you by phone or email instead.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on where you are in the process. It is conversational rather than a broadcast list, so you will typically receive only a handful of messages relating to your project.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us, and depend on your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or email tdresinboys@gmail.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and can depend on your carrier and your signal.

Privacy
